STAGES OF QUALITY CONTROL
CLIENT'S BRIEF AND APPROVAL
We start with acquiring designs from the customer, after which our team starts work on producing the labels. We ask for customer approval, bulk production starts once approval is received.
PRODUCTION STAGE
Once the final design moves to the manufacturing unit, we make sure the colour schemes and shades are matched appropriately. Our electronic machines exert the latest technology securing labels produced are flawless. We hold an in-house warping unit where the finest quality warp beams are produced. This helps us maintain the quality of our labels.
PACKAGING AND DISPATCH
Our quality control doesn’t end with the manufacturing the product, but it continues its slipstream with the finished goods are packed and checked before being shipped to prevent labels from damage or spoilage.
Lastly, our dispatch team takes care of the invoicing and couriers to our esteemed customers.
